Z-Cult FM is an online community that was set up in Feb, 2004. This page will try to track the changes that have taken place to Z-Cult FM since it started.

- 1st Feb - Tracker 1 is set up at the url: tracker1.zcultfm.com:6969
- 2nd Feb - A shoutbox is added on Tracker 1
- 2nd Feb 2:00am GMT - The first shout is made on the shoutbox by admin. Post reads:
Welcome to the Z-Cult FM BT Tracker
- 9th Feb 3:30pm GMT - [Z-Cult FM] Forum opens to the public as a comics only BT tracker forum
- 18th Feb 4:56pm GMT - Z-Cult's first donation was made by Argent for $20
- 25th Feb - Tracker 2 was added by gumble (then posting as "owner-of-tracker2") at the url: tracker2.zcultfm.com:6969
- 2nd March 8:18pm GMT - Tracker 3 was added by Shiru at url: tracker3.zcultfm.com:6969
- 9th March 8:05pm GMT - Tracker 4 was added by Hacksaw at url: tracker4.zcultfm.com:6969
- 14th March 6:44pm GMT - IRC channel was set up on irc.dejatoons.net called #zcultfm
- circa April - Metal starts the trend of torrenting giga torrents
- circa April - PeganX sets the bar with daily torrents posting with comic book series never before offered as torrents
- circa April - First adult comic torrent on Z-Cult FM posted. Use of [Adult] disclaimer begins
- 10th May - The archieve forum is added at suggestion of Broomhandle Mauser
- 31st May - The suggestions forum was added
- 2nd June - [Z-Cult FM] Released a new front page over at: http://zcultfm.com
- June - Largest-ever series of giga-torrent collections (at this point in time ~7GB), posted by rodimus: the Legion of Super-Heroes (LSH) giga-torrents.
- June - Chunkychicken, Susan and Discovery successully complete the first-ever multi-seeder collaboration with their giant "Birds of Prey" torrents. Others follow with collaborations.
- curca June - Discovery proposes a "change your avatar day" to much fun and success
- 20th June - The "Adopt-a-Torrent" forum is launched by Discovery with Serj's approval. Users are able to adopt torrents for reposting every few months, ensuring that the comic files are available to more people. First adopted torrents are "Flash v2" & "Wonder Woman v2" by Discovery and "Star Wars" by Coldkiller.
- 30th June - The Appreciation Room added at the suggestion of mcdav32. brian makes IIRC the 2nd and 3rd thread respectively with "Thank you Serj, Tracker Owners and Mods!!" and Thank You - the Women of Z-Cult-FM!!
- circa June/July - Gumble creates a dc++ hub for Z-Cult FM
- circa June/July - Near-complete company runs of Marvel's New Universe, Valiant, Defiant and Crossgen Comics released as torrents.
- 8th July - Coldkiller has 1,000 posts along with Frohike66 - sometime before this date rodimus hits 1,000 posts before CK and Fro.
- 16th July - The first in a series of FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) docs are added to the site by Discovery and sometime later the FAQ forum was added.
- circa July - Discovery asks for manga recommendations for his kids; TheGreatJason starts posting manga torrents. Discovery creates separate manga threads each month in Newest Submissions. Monthly manga postings begin.
- 27th July 9:14pm GMT - thinkbolt (Keith) makes some new headers. this in turn sparked others to create their own headers. to date there are about 70 or so headers in circulation and can be found on the headers thread in Creation Corner.
- 15th Auguest 5:02pm - sometime after JimYamato's post on Serj's thread Ranks and some Image design help, the new ranks as suggested were instated
- 21st Aug - Z-Cult FM Changes it's banner ....... To celebrate the birthday of ....... Frohike66
- 27th August - Z-Cult FM's new dedicated server (Codename: Zee) is purchased.
- 28th - RueTheDay sets daily new torrent posts record with 8 (including many torrents which had never been posted before).
- circa August - Chronological comic series torrents are first offered by KryptoTheHammerheadShark. Others follow.
- circa August - rodimus torrents WildStorm ~9.1 gigs which was bigger than his previous LSH gigatorrent which was ~7.5 gigs.
- 1st Sept 12:12 am - Z-Cult FM Breaks 10,000 member mark
- circa September - Support Team announced; members include Brian, TheGreatJason, BroomhandleMauser, craeonics, and Angeratu
- 8th Sept. 2:08 pm - [Z-Cult FM] Web Hosting services offered. details in this thread.
- 8th Sept. - Z-Cult adds it's own image hosting service.
- circa September first week - Broomhandle Mauser makes a thread about the Top 10 Z-Culta's and their post counts and starts the spamming movement inadvertently, the thread was locked after 700 posts and about 35 pages and subsequently was voted to be deleted by members thereby deflating some of the spammers' post count
- 14th Sep 5:53pm - Z-Cult FM Radio started - details in this thread.
- circa October - First-ever series of adult comix mega-torrents posted by humperdido.
- circa October - Halloween Horror Theme turns into a monthly theme, starting in November, with community members helping to vote on each month's torrent theme.
- 12th Oct. 11:31pm - no-ip.com bans tracker 1's no-ip account - Serj works fast to get the new tracker 1 up and running
- circa mid-October (?) - Frohike66 is the first member to reach the 3,000 posts plateau.
- circa Oct - Halloween Masquerade - Derithian suggests that members create a new screenname for the Halloween Masquerade and el_torrento thoroughly pwned Z-Cult as the_riddler with his elaborate riddles and games, but had to bow out due to real life
- 24th Oct 11:51am - el_torrento makes his last post, leaving Z-Cult.
- 26th Oct 3:37am - Broomhandle Mauser starts the "Z-Cult history" thread
- 28th Oct 5:24pm - Broomhandle Mauser has made "Z-Cult" a verb with his thread, "Where do you Z-Cult from?"
- 30th Oct 11:49 am - zog joins the Support Team. a little before this Angeratu had to step down in his role as a Support Team member due to college.
- 11th Nov 3:28 pm - Frohike66 makes her 4,000th post
- 12th Nov 11:58 pm - AndroidKing busts the "pyramid" on is it me or is the shoutbox broken - the pyramid came about from one of the threads from the Halloween masquerade and it's when you repeatedly quote in your reply all those who have replied and quoted before
- 2nd Dec 2:52 pm - Discovery announces his retirement as Moderator and as a torrenting machine.
- 24th Dec - Eggie and Pnut become mods
- 26th Dec - Derithian becomes a mod

- 27th Dec 05:00am - Z-Cult FM launches a new look for the forum and is welcomed by many.
- 27th Dec - The forums old theme is renamed to comicBook_2005 and available for use if users do not like new theme.
- 29th Dec 7:00am - Serj mades the side info bar on forum optional by coding it so users can select to show it or hide it via forum profiles for users that do not wish to show forum stats.
- 29th Dec - Z-Cult FM wiki is born and slowly developed by Serj, Zog and lots of help from Cckerberos.

- 3rd Jan 02:02am GMT - Z-Cult FM's own wiki is offical launched to all cultists, code named: Ziki
- 4th Jan 02:03am GMT - Ziki bbcode added to forum to allow users to easily link to ziki articles
- 5th Nov - Speech bubbles appear around all forum posts

- 9th Feb - Z-Cult FM celebrates its 3rd birthday with not much of a bang.
- 26th March - New anti-spam/bot code added to forum and stops spam posts for time being.
- 13th May - Drollia becomes a mod
- 15th May - DJ Honky Pox becomes a mod
- 15th May - A new front page is announced and released at zcultfm.com home page
- 31st May - Brian resigns as a mod / mod team leader
- 6th June - Zog is promoted to mod team leader
- 8th June - Latest forum poll is added to forum side bar, followed by a quick security worry when latest staff room poll becomes viewable by all.
- 10th June - buymearing becomes a mod
- 12th July - Z-Cult FM adds new section for direct downloads
- 16th July - Pnut resigns as a mod
- 8th Sept - brodahisou resigns as a mod
- 21st Sept 07:45pm GMT - Slinky becomes a mod
- 11th Oct - ech0 moans on IRC chat room that he has no entry in the wiki history.
