This is a Canadian reprint of Fox's Phantom Lady #18 (which is up in the Fox Section!) You can see in this they only censored the text - taking out big blocks of dialogue.

Comment: I see they also removed a firing gun from one panel. Funny that they censored the violence but not the sexy drawings. Also, I gotta say this gets the rare "Worse than Charlton" printing award.
